Berlin, 18 November 2024 - Water sports, outdoor adventures, camping fun - just in time for the first weekend of Advent, BOAT & FUN BERLIN brings a summery atmosphere to Berlin's exhibition halls. With over 850 international exhibitors and brands, everything in 16 halls will revolve around the latest trends in water and outdoor sports.

Among them are world premieres such as the X Shore Pro and the 18-metre Desidus houseboat. In addition, the 49M Motor Dutch Barge in a new design, as well as the Parker Odyssey 910 and a Stickl E-NJOY 800 will be presented as Berlin premieres. Impressive motor and sailing yachts in the premium segment, including the luxury brands Bavaria, Beneteau, Delphia, Hydrolift, Jeanneau, Marex, Prestige, Sterk, Sunbeam and X Shore, can be found in the hub27 event hall. New this year: the fishing boat hall in Hall 2, which creates the link between BOAT & FUN BERLIN and Europe's largest fishing trade fair - ANGLING WORLD BERLIN. From fishing kayaks, belly boats and inflatable boats to aluminium, cabin, console and sports motor boats - here you will find boats that will make anglers' hearts beat faster. Larger boats for inshore fishing, bass fishing and tour name boats can also be found here. M-Yachts is celebrating its trade fair premiere in Berlin this year: the prototype of the X Shore Pro is making its world debut in Berlin. Also on show are the X Shore 1 T-Top, an X Shore Eleex 8000 and an X Shore 1 Open. Visitors can not only experience the latter in the hall, they can also test it on the Wannsee. Test drives are possible by prior arrangement. A shuttle service is available for this exclusive boating experience.

BOAT & FUN BERLIN will open on 27 November 2024 with the GALA-NIGHT OF BOATS. On the evening before the first day of the trade fair, the boat and leisure fair will host an exclusive preview, which this year will be themed ‘Fashion Night’. Whether strolling among elegant boats or experiencing the latest styles at the fashion shows by Vicente, La Boom and Berliner Bengel - boat and fashion enthusiasts alike will get their money's worth at the GALA-NIGHT OF BOATS. Here they can find out about trends and new products before the start of the trade fair and talk to exhibitors, dealers and water sports fans.

‘And the Winner is ...’ will be said six times on the evening of 28 November 2024 when the winners of the “Best of Boats Award” - BOB Award for short - are announced. The Best of Boats Award has established itself as one of the most important European awards for motorboats and selects the winners in the categories Best for Beginners, Best for Family and Best for Fun, as well as Best for Electric and Best for Performance. A new category is Best Big Boats, which honours luxury motor yachts up to 60 feet in length.
