Alice Schmalzl takes over as Managing Director of Capital Services GmbH
Alice Schmalzl (49) has been the sole Managing Director of MB Capital Services GmbH (CSG), a subsidiary of Messe Berlin, since 1 January 2025. She takes over the position from Kathleen Kolm, who has left CSG. With her many years of international experience, Alice Schmalzl brings a breath of fresh air and new impetus for the further development of the company.
In her new role, the business administration graduate will lead a team of around 75 people. CSG is based at the Berlin Exhibition Centre and offers a full service for trade fairs and congresses in Germany and abroad, including design and modular stand construction, ticketing and access management, marketing of advertising space, exhibitor services from A to Z and hostess management. CSG is committed to realising tailor-made presentations for its customers that are perfectly aligned with their products, market strategies and corporate identity.
